Maple Pumpkin Smoothie

What You'll Need

  • 6 oz. organic nonfat maple flavored yogurt, *Maple Hill Creamery
  • 1/2 cup canned organic pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 serving Pure Vanilla Superfood Protein

More than just for a sweet slice of pie or a scary Halloween decoration, the pumpkin is a surprisingly healthy vegetable that can be used for all sorts of tasty treats! Celebrate the flavors of autumn in this easy to blend and quick to enjoy maple pumpkin protein smoothie. If you haven’t got the time to prepare fresh pumpkin don’t fear, the organic vegetable is just as nutritious when prepared using it in canned puree form.

Directions

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
