  • 6 oz. organic nonfat maple flavored yogurt, *Maple Hill Creamery
  • 1/2 cup canned organic pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 serving Pure Vanilla Superfood Protein

If you haven’t got the time to prepare fresh pumpkin don’t fear, the organic vegetable is just as nutritious when prepared using it in canned puree form.
