  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 small raw red beet, chopped

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 cara cara orange, blood orange, or grapefruit, peeled and segmented

🍹 Directions

1. Blend the golden layer:
Add mango, lemon juice, turmeric, cayenne, ginger, protein, and orange juice to a blender. Blend until smooth, sweetening with a little honey if you prefer. Pour into a tall glass.

2. Rinse + blend the berry-beet layer:
In the clean blender, combine chopped beet, raspberries, segmented citrus, and pomegranate juice. Blend until velvety and bright. Add extra pomegranate juice if you want a thinner consistency.
