1 cup frozen mango chunks
Juice of 1 lemon
½ tsp ground turmeric
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
¾ cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
2 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 small raw red beet, chopped
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cara cara orange, blood orange, or grapefruit, peeled and segmented
½ cup pomegranate juice
1 scoop Vanilla Superfood Protein
Honey to taste (optional)
1. Blend the golden layer:
Add mango, lemon juice, turmeric, cayenne, ginger, protein, and orange juice to a blender. Blend until smooth, sweetening with a little honey if you prefer. Pour into a tall glass.
2. Rinse + blend the berry-beet layer:
In the clean blender, combine chopped beet, raspberries, segmented citrus, and pomegranate juice. Blend until velvety and bright. Add extra pomegranate juice if you want a thinner consistency.
3. Swirl + enjoy:
Pour the berry mixture over the mango base and gently swirl. Top with seeds or citrus zest for a finishing touch.
This smoothie is a simple way to stay nourished, energized, and supported all winter long. Add a scoop of Vanilla Superfood Protein for extra creaminess and a clean, plant-based boost that helps keep cravings down and recovery strong.
