Blueberry Greek Yogurt Smoothie

What You'll Need

  • 8 oz. of organic unsweetened almond milk
  • 6 oz. of plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 8 oz. (1 cup) of frozen organic blueberries
  • 1 serving of Vanilla Creme Superfood Plant Based Protein Smoothie

Greek yogurt is so creamy and rich that it makes everything taste extra decadent, yet adds no fat and very little calories. When paired here with our Vanilla Superfood Protein Powder and frozen organic blueberries, you get a creamy berry smoothie full of protein, antioxidants and perfect for summer.

Directions

Put all the ingredients in a blender on high speed and mix until the blueberries are well incorporated. Pulse if some of the pieces won’t break up.
