Fall is here and we are celebrating!! Supercharge your day with one of these delicious and easy early morning smoothies.

Chocolate Cinnamon Smoothie

Throw it all in the blender and you have a yummy and healthy fall smoothie!

Easy and Delicious Fall Pumpkin Smoothie

  • Two scoops of Ground-Based Nutrition’s Vanilla Superfood Protein (20 grams of protein per serving)
  • 8 oz. of almond milk, 
  • 1/2 cup frozen canned organic pumpkin Puree, if you prefer you can also roast your own pumpkin, freeze overnight and add to your smoothie.
  • 8 oz. almond milk
  • Optional - 1 tsp. Cinnamon or nutmeg

Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
