Blueberry Coconut Water Smoothie

What You'll Need

  • 8 oz. (1 cup) coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 serving Pure Vanilla Superfood Protein

Your post workout recovery is important for hydration, muscle rebuilding, and detoxing. This delicious smoothie gives you everything you need. Blueberries have high antioxidant qualities, coconut water is nature’s electrolyte drink and Superfood Protein gives you a complex source of plant-based muscle rebuilding proteins.

Directions

Put all the ingredients in a blender on high speed and mix until the frozen blueberries are well incorporated. Pulse if some of the pieces won’t break up.
