Nothing beats Fall and spending more time outside to enjoy the cooler weather. There are so many outdoor activities you can do while social distancing properly.

Take a hike! Hiking is great during this time of the year. Plus, there's nothing like taking in the beautiful foliage from a great mountain view.

Go for a bike ride! Biking is a great way to get in some exercise. If your city has trails or some sort of beltway, then this is the perfect way to ride around town and burn some calories at the same time. If outdoor riding isn't your thing, then hit the gym or a Peloton, if you have access to one.

Go for a run! Running on the treadmill can get boring and the view gets old pretty fast. Take your run to a park near you or run on a sidewalk. Fall is the best time to run when it's not too hot and not too cold. All you need is a light jacket!!

Take an online workout class or small group in person class. Exercising outside can get more difficult as the temperatures continue to drop. Some gyms offer both online and in person classes for small groups. Popular workout classes are barre, megaform workouts, cycling, and more.

Walking is a great way to get some exercise, especially if you live in an area that's more metropolitan. Try walking to the grocery store or doing your errands on foot instead of driving. A little fresh air will do you good!
