Happy Friday Everyone! We're back with another great workout idea that you can do at home. This one is called the Sweaty 600 At Home Workout.
**Important: Do 5 rounds of 10 reps per exercise
30 seconds-1 minute rest between rounds
50 weighted walking lunges
50 curls (10/arm or at the same time)
50 lawnmower (10/arm)
50 bench jump overs (sub for squat jumps if you don't have access to a bench)
50 bench tricep dips (sub pushups)
50 over head one arm press (10/arm)
50 upright rows
50 goblet squats
50 Russian twists
50 side leg lifts (10/leg)
50 bridges
50 bench step ups (sub for mountain climbers if you don't have access to a bench)
