Tomorrow is Halloween, so time to get one more good workout in before dressing up and either trick or treating with the kiddos or heading to a Halloween party.

We're all about treats and not tricks. We wanted to mention we have a Halloween sale going on where you can get up to 20% off all weekend. Just use promo code: GBNTREAT

Here a few Halloween exercises:

Frankenstein Walk:

Works your legs and abdominal muscles. For this exercise, stand straight, put your arms straight out in front of you, and keep your legs straight while lifting each one at a time towards your hands. For added fun, turn this into a relay race.

Pass the Pumpkin:

This festive exercise is a spooky twist on a medicine ball exercise. Take an uncarved medium sized pumpkin that everyone is able to lift and stand in a circle. Toss the pumpkin lightly from one person to another for a great arm workout.

Ghost Fliers:

A twist on jumping jacks--this exercise is essentially jumping jacks in slow motion. Instead of straight arms and legs, move your arms in a wave-like motion and bend your knees more than you would for a typical push up. This will create a more ghostly appearance and will also work your muscles.

*Remember we turn back the clocks on Sunday at 2 AM. Hope everyone has a happy Halloween!
