Heads or Tails... Well regardless of whatever you get, may the odds ever be in your favor for this heads or tails flip a coin workout. We hope you enjoy this workout that you can do from home. Feel free to switch up some of the items for other exercises based on the equipment and space you have available to work with. Let us know if you've tried this workout.  60 Sec Jog in Place

 25 Jumping Jacks

20 Kneeling Pushups 

 10 Pushups

 4th Time

 20 Jumping Jacks

 10 Burpees

 5 Time

 40 High Knees

 40 Jumping Jacks

6 Time 35 Crunches 20 Sit Ups
7th Time 10 Pushups 20 Bicep Curls
8th Time 15 Burpees 60 Sec Jog in Place
9th Time 50 Crunches 20 Sit Ups
