What You'll Need

  • 8 oz. pasteurized egg whites
  • ½ cup frozen spinach
  • ½ cup frozen kale
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 serving Milk Chocolate Superfood Protein Smoothie

Directions

Blend all the ingredients at high speed until you get a smooth consistency, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
