Happy Fourth! Kick off the holiday weekend with a bang with a patriotic workout. Here are 13 exercises that involve 7 reps each (unless stated otherwise). Repeat the entire circuit 4 times. Take a 30 second rest break in between each circuit. You will need dumbells and a mat for this workout.
1) Burpees with push-up
3) Star Jumps
4) Forward Lunge (13 each leg)
7) Tuck Jumps
8) Oblique Dips (13 each side)
9) Chair Step-Ups (13 each side)
10) Jumping Jacks
11) Tricep Dips
13) Mason Twists
Statue Of Liberties (13 each side): Single arm dumbell Squat to press with no jump. For the arm that's horizontal and not pressing up-- use a 5 or 10 lb weight in this arm.
