Happy Friday! Get the blood going before the cadburry eggs (or peeps) start flowing. Here is an Easter workout that you can do this weekend. All you need is a yoga mat! Repeat this workout 3 times!

 

10 push-ups

20 bodyweight squats

plank with 20 alternating toe-taps 

20 cruches/sit-ups

10 squat jumps

40 mountain climbers 

20 alternating lunges 

10 star jumps

10 bunny hops

15 plank dips (each side)

30 high knees
