When you go to the grocery store, you may notice more cauliflower items on the shelf such as cauliflower pizza crust, cauliflower gnocchi, cauliflower rice, and cauliflower mash. Cauliflower is a trending food item used for it's low carb properties and versatile taste and texture. 

Cauliflower is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals. Cauliflower is high in fiber, a great source of antioxidants, helps in weight loss, a low carb alternative to grains and legumes, and easy to add to your diet. There are many ways to add cauliflower to your diet. It can be consumed cooked or raw and is a great addition to any dish.

  • Vitamin C: 77% of the RDI
  • Vitamin K: 20% of the RDI
  • Vitamin B6: 11% of the RDI
  • Folate: 14% of the RDI
  • Pantothenic acid: 7% of the RDI
  • Potassium: 9% of the RDI
  • Manganese: 8% of the RDI
  • Magnesium: 4% of the RDI
  • Phosphorus: 4% of the RDI
