This easy Superfood Pizza is made with gluten-free pizza dough, classic tomato sauce, vegan mozzarella and plenty of fresh veggies! It's a healthy and delicious 15-minute dinner idea. 🍕😋

Ingredients:
• 2 gluten-free pizza crusts
• 1 cup pizza sauce, we like Rao's
• 1 scoop of Vanilla Superfood Protein
• 2 cups vegan mozzarella grated
• 1/2 red onion, sliced
• 6 mushrooms, sliced
• 8 cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
• 4 cups spinach
• 4 fresh basil leaves for topping

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
2. Mix Protein & pizza sauce.
3. Spread pizza sauce over bases and top with vegan mozzarella and thinly sliced onions
3. Add the mushrooms, red onion and tomatoes to the pizzas.
4. Place spinach in boiled water to wilt, then squeeze out excess water. 5. Roughly chop and add to pizzas.
5. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and bake for 10-12 minutes, until crispy and baked.
