With only one gram of sugar, it’s hard to believe this sweet, decadent, low sugar, high-protein smoothie can be so good for you. High on plant based protein but low on calories, try this for an afternoon or mid-morning snack.
Put all the ingredients in a blender on high speed and mix until all the ingredients are blended and there are no more ice chunks. Scrape the bowl down if you need to and pulse to break up some of the smaller pieces.
