Workout Wednesday! Get Excited! We're halfway there and the weekend is quickly approaching. Today, we're going to try something different with our workout and do a Treadmill Tabata Workout. All you need is access to a treadmill and a bottle of water. Remember to hydrate and to take a sip of water when you need it. Everyone is on a different level when it comes to running. We recommend sprinting at a level that you're comfortable with. If you're more advanced, we recommend adding some elevation as well and changing it from 0-4.0 elevation throughout the workout.
**Warm up: 2 min jog
Repeat 8 times:
20 sec sprint
10 sec rest
**Cool Down: 2 min walk
