Memorial Day Weekend is here! Whether you're going to the beach or lake or staying at home, we have you covered with another great workout that you can do from anywhere. All you need is a mat. Repeat this workout 2-3 times.

 

50 jumping jacks

13 burpees

50 squats

13 push-ups

50 mountain climbers

50 alternating lunge jumps (25 each leg)

50 calf raises 

13 leg lifts

50 second plank
