Just a bunch of Hocus Pocus

Spooky season is in full swing, and Halloween is right around the corner. With that being said, time to watch all of the Halloween movies. Hocus Pocus is a Halloween classic. Let's do something fun while we watch the movie. Bet you thought I was going to say a drinking game! {Insert evil laugh}. Why don't we do a little workout while we watch Hocus Pocus? This may sound like a little hocus pocus but getting your body moving will feel great.
Hocus Pocus Workout:
-A spell is recited:
do 10 mountain climbers
-Binx mentions Emily:
do 10 crunches
-The Sisters get confused about a modern object:
do 5 burpees
-Winifred Sanderson calls to her book:
do 10 lunges
-Thora Sanderson cries:
do 10 pushups
-Sarah Sanderson flirts:
do 5 v-ups
-The Sisters sing:
wall sit for the entire song
-Billy Butcherson loses a body part:
do 5 jump squats
-"Halloween" or "Hocus Pocus" is mentioned:
Keep count. During credits, multiply number by 5 and plank for that many seconds
Congrats! You made it. Reward yourself with one Halloween candy treat. After all, it's all about balance.
