It's officially spooky season, and Halloween is right around the corner! Grab a 10-20 lb pumpkin and your favorite Halloween themed costume, and let's get started. If the pumpkin is a bit much, grab a kettlebell/dumbell. Here's a few fun circuits to do that will get you in the Halloween spirit.
Circuit 1:
45 seconds on, 15 seconds off. Repeat 3 times:
toe taps
lateral hop overs
sit up to press
plank punches
around the worlds (switch directions every 2x around)
Circuit 2:
45 seconds on, 15 seconds off. Repeat 3 times
squat to press
right hand on the pumpkin pushup
left hand on the pumpkin pushup
pumpkin overhead, high knees
Russian twists
Circuit 3:
*For this circuit, you will need two small pumpkins (aka gourds) that weigh 3-7 lbs each
45 seconds on, 15 seconds off. repeat 3 times
squats with pumpkin
lunges with pumpkin
jumping jacks with 2 gourds
bicep curls with 2 gourds
sit ups with 1 gourd
shoulder press with 2 gourds
