We're back with another great circuit workout that you can do at home! This one is a good one y'all! All you need is a mat, some dumbells, and a jump rope.

* = use dumbells

Repeat each circuit at least once. 

Round 1:

30 jump squats

20 push-ups

20 forward lunges *

1 minute plank hold

 

Round 2: 

30 jump ropes

20 tricep presses *

20 supermans

30 side plank pulses R *

30 side plank pulses L *

 

Round 3:

30 jumping jacks

12 bicep curls to shoulder presses *

20 side lunge + lifts R

20 side lunge + lifts L

1 minute bicycle twists
