Fitness from home is easy with this do from anywhere workout. Whether you're at home, the lake, or the beach. All you'll need is a mat (if you have one but not necessary). This workout is a little more intense. Recommended to do 3-5 times for best results.

20 crunches

20 jump squats

15 push ups

30 high knees

1 minute wall sit
