With Covid restrictions back in place again due to the rapid spread of the Delta variant, I'm sure a lot of people are back to working out at home again. With that being said, let's talk about some of the best gym equipment for an at home gym. I linked all of the equipment that I've personally been using since the beginning of the pandemic, which is all from Amazon.
Ab Rollers: Double ab rollers are great and allows for better stability and form. Here is a great pair that I started using with my trainer a few years ago. Linked here.
Foam Square: This is great for doing push-ups from your knees on or using during planks so you don't get rug burn. Linked here.
Resistance bands: These come in a pack with different levels of resistance strength from light to XX-heavy. Linked here.
Ankle Weights: These ankle weights are 5 lbs each and are great for working out with. Linked here.
Bosu Ball: This is a cheaper version of the Bosu ball brand. It's very great quality for the price. Linked here.
Sliders: So these are technically for moving furniture (LOL), but these are the sliders I use during my workout which work great. These were actually recommended to me by a trainer. Linked here.
Stability Ball: This stability ball is anti burst and slip and comes in a variety of colors and sizes. Linked here.
Dumbells (10 & 15 lb pairs): These dumbells are a bit more affordable than other retail stores. Linked here.
