Make it a December to Remember by adding these extra exercises at the end of your workout. We hope you enjoy this 25 Days of Christmas Workout! Exercises below are to be completed on each day of the month of December leading up to Christmas. Since today is the 4th, we recommend doing Day 1-4 all today. 

25 Days of Christmas Workout:

1. One minute plank

2. Two minutes of jumping jacks

3. Three sets of 10 push-ups

4. Four sets of 5 tricep dips (10 pulses at the end)

5. Three sets of 5 jumping lunges

6. Six pendulum lunges each leg, 6 pulses forward & back (2 rounds)

7. Two sets of 7 shoulder press (2 rounds)

8. Eight jump squats (2 rounds)

9. Nine weighted v-sits (2 rounds)

10. Ten, 10 second wall sits (100 seconds)

11. Eleven bicep curls, 11 pulses, 11 sec isometric hold (2 rounds)

12. Twelve burpees

13. Thirteen plie squats, 13 pulses, 13 sec isometric hold (2 rounds)

14. Fourteen plank rows each side (2 rounds)

15. Fifteen mountain climbers (3 rounds)

16. Sixteen chest presses & leg lifts

17. Seventeen goblet squats, 17 sec hold, 17 pulses (2 rounds)

18. Eighteen sec high knees

19. Nineteen upright rows (2 rounds)

20. Twenty side to side shuffles

21. Twenty One in & outs

22. Twenty Two side plank dips (each side)

23. Twenty Three Russian twists

24. Twenty Four squat & kicks

25. Twenty Five burpees
