This easy smoothie recipe is as simple as it gets: frozen berries and water. By adding a serving of Vanilla Superfood Plant-Based Protein, you complicate things a bit, but in a good way. Not only do you get a creamy vanilla flavor along with the berries, but you have a complex source of four plant-based proteins, including organic pea, organic whole grain brown rice, sacha inchi, and cranberry protein.
Put all the ingredients in a blender on high speed and mix until the frozen berries are well incorporated. Pulse if some of the pieces won’t break up.
