What You'll Need

  • 1 ¼ Cups of Organic Almond Milk
  • 1 Cup of ice
  • 2 Scoops Superfood Plant Based Protein Smoothie Milk Chocolate
  • ½ Cup Trader Joe’s Chocolate Non Dairy Ice Cream made with Coconut Milk
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne (or a little more for extra spicy)
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon allspice
  • ¼ nutmeg
  • Couple of twists fresh ground pepper
  • A twist of fresh ground sea salt

You’ve been winning lately. You’re dominating at work, crushing your workouts and pretty much killing it everywhere else. You deserve a little spice in your life. Treat yourself to this Spicy Mayan Chocolate Protein Shake. It’s high in protein, high in fiber and tastes amazing!

Directions

Put everything in the blender and mix on high, pausing to scrape the spices down the blender bowl every now and then. Mix until very smooth and consistent. Be patient.
