A full body strength training workout is always important. Here's a fun circuit workout to do one that I did with my personal trainer the other day. Do 3 sets of each round and 15 reps per exercise.

 

Round 1:

Squat to Overhead Press

Chest Flies

Tricep Kickbacks

 

Round 2:

Curtsy Lunge to Leg Lift

Bicep Curls

Deadlifts

 

Round 3:

Kettlebell Swings

Upright Rows

Walking Lunges (15 per side)
