Summer lovin' having a blast. Time for a great workout to get you ready for bikini season. Here's a full body workout routine that will help you look great for the beach that will get you toned and lean. Grab a mat and ankle weights. Repeat everything 2-3 times.

Stomach:

20 sit ups

15 burpees

20 toe touches

15 leg raises

20 jumping jacks

20 second wall sit

Butt/Legs:

25 squats

15 jump squats

30 lunges

25 donkey kicks (with ankle weights)

30 second walk sit

Waist:

20 v-ups

20 Russian twists

20 heel touches

30 toe touches
