Happy 2021 from all of us at Ground-Based Nutrition! We wish you joy, peace, and love in the new year.

Lately, I've come across a lot of lists on how to start the new year that will make you feel good and happy.

One checklist I came across said to complete a task from this list every day for 30 days. It doesn't have to be completed in order but completing this 30 day list should help with your mental healthy and keep your spirits up.

1) Wear only comfy clothes all day

2) Do touristy things in your town

3) Go to bed 30 minutes earlier

4) Catch up with a friend

5) Book a date night

6) Adopt a new habit

7) Bake cookies for someone

8) Give a compliment to someone

9) Get distracted by a movie

10) Cross an item off your to-do list

11) Do something outside

12) Write down something good

13) Journal for 15 minutes

14) Dance to your favorite song

15) Budget 20 minutes of spa time

16) Drink just water today

17) plan a night in with friends

18) say no to something

19) Go for a walk outside

20) Take a social media break for a day

21) Go for a walk

22) Schedule a game night

23) Try a 5 minute meditation

24) Have a phone free night

25) Treat yourself to coffee from a local cafe

26) Cook your favorite meal

27) Practice your favorite hobby

28) Set a mini goal

29) Facetime with family

30) Watch a silly video or movie

**Feel free to tweak this list and make it your own. These are just some ideas to help with mental health and help make 2021 your best year yet.
