Start or end your day with a super circuit tabata workout. You'll need to use a tabata app timer on your phone in addition to needing a mat and some dumbells. This one is definitely a burner. Warm up with 2 rounds of 45 seconds of high knees, butt kicks, and jumping jacks.
Circuit 1:
45 sec. squats
45 sec. squat jumps
45 sec. mountain climbers
*repeat
Circuit 2:
45 sec. reverse lunges
45 sec. jump lunges
45 sec. squat-curl-overhead press
45 sec. high knees
*repeat
Circuit 3:
45 sec. renegade rows
45 sec. forearm plank
45 sec. tricep kickbacks
45 sec. jumping jacks
*repeat
Bonus: Do each circuit 3 times instead of 2 times.
