We're back with another holiday movie workout. This time we are featuring a Christmas movie classic, The Grinch. You can currently stream How the Grinch Stole Christmas on Netflix. We hope you enjoy the movie and this fun workout. 

How the Grinch Stole Christmas Movie Workout:

10 Pushups: Each time "The Grinch" song is played

5 Burpees: Every time the Grinch steals something

15 Tricep Dips: Each time you hear a made up word

1 Minute of Jumping Jacks: Every time the narrator says a word containing, "who"

25 Plié Squats: Each time the Grinch flashes a creepy smile

10 Crunches: Each time love is mentioned

20 Mountain Climbers: Martha May Whovier Appears

6 V Ups: When the word Christmas is said

*Make sure to stretch before and after you workout.
