Whether you’re hosting or just bringing a dish there’s multiple ways to create a yummy and healthy Thanksgiving dinner that won’t leave you feeling tired and guilty! Give thanks to yourself and your health by skipping the Thanksgiving coma!

Instead of reaching for the buttery mashed potatoes full of empty calories and the carb overload try some sweet potatoes which are packed with flavor, and nutrients like Vitamin A and C.

Say no to mac & cheese and try a cauliflower mash instead. This delicious dish is a great way to get in your Vitamin D as well as much needed fiber.

Another dish that’s absolutely delicious and packed with vitamin’s is roasted veggies. All you need is brussel sprouts, carrots, baby potatoes (or sweet potatoes), broccoli, red bell pepper, olive oil, salt and pepper.  You can also add some thyme and rosemary for added flavor.

Your guests and your belly will thank you!!
