What You'll Need

  • 5 scp of Plant-Based SuperFood Protein (Vanilla)
  • 5 tbsp of Organic Hemp Protein Powder
  • 1 cup of Organic Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup of Organic Plain Coconut Juice w/ Pulp
  • 1/4 cup of Organic Macadamia Nuts
  • 1 tbsp of Organic Gluten-Free Coconut Flour
  • 3/4 cup of Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
  • 3-4 pcs of Organic Medjool Dates (Pitted and Soaked)
  • 1/2 tsp of Grounded Organic Vanilla Bean
  • 1/2 tsp of Organic Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/4 tsp of Organic Ginger Powder
  • 1/2 tsp of Mint Extract
  • 1 tbsp of Organic Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp of Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp of Lemon Juice

Instead of your average cookie dough and oatmeal cookies, these Macadamia Nut Oatmeal Cookies have gone out all green with envy. In this case SuperGreen! These are one of the best high protein oatmeal cookies you will taste, WITH a side of greens.

Directions

1. Place Medjool Dates in a food processor and process dates into a nice sticky paste.
2. Next, add all other ingredients with processed dates in a large bowl and stir until well incorporated.
3. Next, spoon finished batter onto a large cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
4. Next, set oven to 350 degrees and bake for 20-25 minutes.
5. Finally, take out cookie sheet and cookies cool on a cooling rake.
6. Serve warm and enjoy.
