Superfood Samoa Smoothie

What You'll Need

  • 1/3 cup organic coconut milk, *Thai Kitchen
  • 5 oz. non-fat vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. organic caramel extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1 scoop of Pure Vanilla Superfood Protein
  • 1 scoop of Rich Chocolate Plant Based Superfood Protein

Instead of reaching for those sinfully delicious treats in the green box, whip up a just as decadent but healthy version with green Superfood Protein!

This cold and creamy smoothie is a great way to enjoy a Girl Scout Cookie Somoa – but use healthy ingredients like coconut milk, vanilla greek yogurt and rich chocolate plant-based protein. It may seem high in fat, but the coconut source is loaded with medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) fatty acids and electrolytes like magnesium and potassium. Such nutrients, combined with the plant-based muscle rebuilding protein in this smoothie make it a perfect post-workout snack for replenishing those muscles!

Directions

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
