Spring Garden Smoothie

What You'll Need

  • 1 cup fresh organic greens mix (kale, spinach)
  • ½ cup baby carrots
  • ½ cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 whole banana
  • 1 cup coconut water, *Vita Coco
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp whole flaxseed
  • ¼ cup fresh organic basil leaves
  • 2 servings of Rich Chocolate Superfood Plant-Based Protein

Take your salad on the go and share it with a friend! Spring won’t last forever, so make sure to take some time for yourself to get outside and enjoy the fresh air. No need to slave over a stove making all your meals with this nutrient packed, fresh and invigorating, easy to blend green smoothie. All you need is some plant-based protein, a few of your basic salad veggies and a little bit of spice!

Directions
