What You'll Need

  • 1 serving Superfood Protein (vanilla)
  • 1 large Blood Orange, peeled
  • 1 Mango, peeled
  • ½ Lemon, squeezed
  • ¼ inch Ginger, peeled and minced
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds, ground

This high protein spin on a topical favorite is the perfect way to cap off a hard workout or sip while you are relaxing on a recovery day. A zest of ginger adds a unique twist to this fruity island refresher!

Directions

Combine blood orange, mango, ginger, ground chia seeds, coconut milk, ginger and Superfood Plant Based Protein in mixer and pulse for 45 seconds to a smooth consistency.  Add ice cubes and pulse before serving with a garnish sliced lemon.
