Valentine's Day Partner Workout

Valentine's Day is almost a week away. Can you believe it? Can't believe how fast January went by. Whether you celebrate Galentine's Day or Valentine's Day, here's a fun workout you can do with a partner or friend. A workout is always a great idea to start the day before cooking or eating out at a restaurant. 

 

1 Mile Run 

100 Air Squats (or Jump Squats)

80 Mountain Climbers

60 Push Ups

40 Burpees

60 Dips

80 Leg Throws

100 Lunges (or Jump Lunges)
