It's finally Summer! Woohoo! Time to get after it with a booty and tummy workout. Grab a mat and let's get started. Repeat everything 2 times.

Booty:

30 squats

18 side leg lifts (per side)

25 back leg lifts

20 jump squats

30 kick squats

 

Tummy:

30 leg lifts

30 crunches

30 bike crunches

30 sec plank

30 spiderman planks

30 pull in crunches

 

Tips:

Make sure to do some cardio to burn off that fat.

Drink lots of water.

Eat healthy: lots of fruits & greens
