Now that things are starting to open up a bit more, and travel is starting to resume, here is a workout you can do from a hotel room or your airbnb. If you have access to a mat that's all you need. This is a good one that's sure to make you break a sweat! 

Repeat this workout 3 times:

60 second wall sit

40 high knees

30 bicycles 

40 jumping jacks

30 walking lunges

20 push-ups

60 second plank

20 burpees

20 plie squats

 60 second superman

20 jump squats

40 mountain climbers
