Saturday AMRAP Workout

We're back with another weekly workout idea. This workout is a little more crossfit based as it focuses on doing as many reps as possible over a set period for time. Grab a mat, your phone (a workout timer app will be needed), and some water. Let's get started! Repeat the following circuit 3 times!

60 seconds on 10 seconds off:

Jumping Jacks

Push Ups

In & Out Jump Squats

V-Ups

Mountain Climbers

Burpees

Side Lunges

Reverse Lunges

 

Now that you're finished. Go treat yourself to something fun on this Saturday Morning.
