We've shared a bunch of workout ideas lately but haven't shared many HIIT workouts. Since it's cold in most areas of the country right now, we decided to share a fun 25 minute HIIT workout that you can do inside. All you need is a treadmill (or an elliptical).
For this workout, we recommend listening to your body. If you're more of a beginner when it comes to running, we recommend running at a speed that you feel comfortable with and to disregard the inclines if that is too much for you. If you're a more advanced runner, feel free to increase the speed.
