Total Body Tabata that you can do from home in between zoom calls or during a lunch break. All you need is a set of 10, 15, or 20 lb dumbells and a mat.
Section A:
-20 seconds: high knee run
-10 seconds: rest
-20 seconds: squat press
-10 seconds: rest
-repeat for 4 minutes
Section B:
-20 seconds: flying lunges
-10 seconds: rest
-20 seconds: pushups
-10 seconds: rest
-repeat for 4 minutes
Section C:
-20 seconds: jumping jacks
-10 seconds: rest
-20 seconds: plank punches
-10 seconds: rest
-repeat for 4 minutes
