Nothing like a cool citrus smoothie to cool you off on those hot summer days! This smoothie uses lemon and limes, which are known for their cleansing properties and are also highly alkaline. The organic honey and coconut oil, natural sources of sugar and fat to make it, provide just a hint of sweetness and make it extra creamy. And of course if you want more of the sour lemon-lime flavor, don’t peel the fruits – as long as they are washed and aren’t covered in wax, the skin is perfectly healthy to eat!
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
