To achieve positive results, this diet has to be very low in carbohydrates, high in dietary fat, and include a moderate amount of proteins. Food that are high in carbohydrates that you should avoid on a keto diet: bananas, potatoes, pasta, beer, rice, bread, donuts, candy, soda/juice, and chocolate bars. You should also avoid processed foods and low-fat products as well. Low-fat products usually have too many carbs and not enough protein and/or fat.
Drinks recommended that have little to no carbs are water, coffee, tea, and red wine.
