The new year brings a new chapter and a fresh start that's full of possibilities. We encourage you to create your own list of 2021 goals for staying fit and healthy this year. We've composed a list of 21 ideas that you can incorporate this year.

  1. Eat healthy
  2. Exercise regularly
  3. Detox from alcohol by doing a dry month
  4. Wear a mask
  5. Keep social distance
  6. Practice self care
  7. Quit smoking and/or vaping
  8. Take your vitamins & protein powder {from Ground-Based Nutrition}
  9. Take your workout outdoors
  10. Drink more water
  11. Sit less – try a standing desk at work!
  12. Get plenty of sleep
  13. Limit your technology use as best you can
  14. Avoid stressful situations
  15. Wash your hands
  16. Get to know your family medical history
  17. Get a physical (annual checkup)
  18. Get vaccinated
  19. Pair up with a buddy when exercising or practicing self care
  20. Protect your skin by covering up or using sunscreen
  21. Declutter and get rid of things you don't need or use
