The new year brings a new chapter and a fresh start that's full of possibilities. We encourage you to create your own list of 2021 goals for staying fit and healthy this year. We've composed a list of 21 ideas that you can incorporate this year.

- Eat healthy
- Exercise regularly
- Detox from alcohol by doing a dry month
- Wear a mask
- Keep social distance
- Practice self care
- Quit smoking and/or vaping
- Take your vitamins & protein powder {from Ground-Based Nutrition}
- Take your workout outdoors
- Drink more water
- Sit less – try a standing desk at work!
- Get plenty of sleep
- Limit your technology use as best you can
- Avoid stressful situations
- Wash your hands
- Get to know your family medical history
- Get a physical (annual checkup)
- Get vaccinated
- Pair up with a buddy when exercising or practicing self care
- Protect your skin by covering up or using sunscreen
- Declutter and get rid of things you don't need or use
