Mid-day slump hitting hard? Sounds like you may need a boost of energy to get you through the rest of your day. We've found a great recipe from Chef Savvy, for 5 Ingredient Peanut Butter Energy Bites. These energy bites are not only easy to make, but they're great for taking with you on-the-go!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Place in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes so they are easier to roll.

Roll into 12 bites and store in the fridge for up to a week.

*One serving size is one bite which is 200 calories and has 13g of fat, 4g of fiber, 6g of protein, and 7g of sugar.
