Rest: 10 seconds

In & Out Jump Squats: 20 seconds

Rest: 10 seconds

Jumping Jacks: 20 seconds

Rest: 10 seconds

High Knees: 20 seconds

Rest: 10 seconds

Mountain Climbers: 20 seconds
